Postpartum Massage

Massage to relieve the mother's body, particularly in the abdominal region, back, lower back and legs/feet. It also helps to stimulate and tone the areas of the skin that were most stressed and "stretched" during pregnancy.

It also helps to relieve muscle tension and the physical and emotional stress characteristic of the initial phase after childbirth, when tiredness and hormones are at their most intense, reducing the consequences of the "baby blues".
