Reducing massage
Reduction massage is a technique that uses intense, deep manual movements with the aim of reorganizing the layers of fat, promoting the harmonization of body contours. This type of massage is done using intense manoeuvres on the skin, using pressure through kneading and sliding movements, with a constant rhythm and a frequency of approximately 5 seconds for each movement. As the movements are performed, the chosen region begins to feel warmer and slightly redder, which allows the active ingredients to be more effective, as well as leaving the skin more supple and, consequently, reorganizing local fat.
